  • Examples of when you either made money or saved money for your current or previous employer.
I developed a tool for scheduling queries smartly among 10 different query engines. This inscreased efficiency and cut down manual time for the team to run queries. This was purely my initiative to design and build this tool.
  • A crisis in your life or job and how you responded or recovered from it.
Last year our team was dissovled as part of the bigger team under which we had our team was decentralized. This was a bad time for many of us as it was the company lay-off time too. We had lots of uncertainities. But executive management wanted us to continue on exisiting projects until we are assigned new teams. Fortunately, i was working on a critical project and i was able to focus into delivering on the project during this bad time. Good that everything worked out well at the end for me.
  • A time where you functioned as part of a team and what your contribution was.
I was part of a 10 member team called CRS and we delivered hundrends of custom reporting solutions to the analysts. As an experienced teammate, i worked and helped my fellow teammates in needs by using my  experience and domain knowledge. I also delivered many many custom reporting solutions which were mission critical at times for the business to take decisions.
  • A time in your career or job where you had to overcome stress.

  • A time in your job where you provided successful leadership or a sense of direction.
  • A failure that occurred in your job and how you overcame it.
  • Any seminal events that happened during your career to cause you to change direction and how that worked out for you.
